Brooklyn-based duo Scorpion Mouse is the union between livecode artist Jason Levine and singer-songwriter May Cheung. Together they navigate the sonic landscape of the audio t-SNE while May’s ethereal vocals juxtapose the beats that are generated by Jason. Always improvising, Scorpion Mouse reveals a new composition with every performance, privy to the audience and the duo. Together, they have performed internationally in cities such as Hong Kong, Morelia (MX), and Guadalajara (MX). In New York, they have performed at Babycastles, Secret Project Robot, NYU MAGNET, The Source, and Sunnyvale, just to name a few. Most recently, Scorpion Mouse was invited to perform at Coaxial Art Gallery in Los Angeles as part of a series called 'Audiodrome" alongside Kid606, Spencer Salazar and Eric Parren. They are currently working on their debut EP, set to be released this summer.
